A Charlotte-ism

This morning I was cleaning a bit and began feeling the monotony of it. Didn't I just unload the dishes yesterday? Hm. Then suddenly Pride and Prejudice popped into my head; probably one of the best books/movies (the six hour version and Kira Knightly's) ever. Remember when Elizabeth comes to visit Charlotte (her best friend/cousin's wife) at her new home? She asks her how she is, and Charlotte replies:

"Oh Lizzy, it is such a pleasure to run my own home."

And you know what? It is. And when I say it, it holds even more true because I do not have a husband who is ridiculous. Thank you Charlotte, you've brightened my day. I hope she brightens yours too, when you are feeling monotonous.
