We spent most of the time on some sort of electronic or other, and it was actually quite fun to feel like I was ten years old again, exploring Hyrule and defeating all who crossed my path. You see, Kolby bought me an early birthday present: a gamecube with a newer Zelda! It's the latest form of Zelda, and bears a striking resemblance to Ocarina of Time, which basically shaped an enormous chunk of my childhood. Bless his heart.
We also guilted Kolby into hitting the beach. Apparently he is not a fan, but everyone else is. So off we went to Huntington.

| Mark spent a lot of time chasing Mac out of the water. |

| I discovered a solution: we tossed him in a giant hole someone had dug. He had a good time in there. |
The following day, we got a surprise call from Mark's baby sister Sarah. They decided to leave right then, at that very moment ... instead of next week. Hm. I told them we already had visitors but that we would love to have them. They settled for sleeping on the green out back, and began the drive.
We had two days of eleven people staying in our house, and it actually worked out quite well. In the day basically everyone took off to explore different parts of California, but at night we all came together for huge dinners and Telestrations and stories. And video games and youtube.
On the Sabbath day, the Fackrells left and we were down to Sarah and her gang for a couple more days. We prepared ourselves to house Zack and Ashlee, and then perhaps Jamie and whoever else, but the rest of our Spring Breakers bailed.
So, we decided to go to Monterey.
